New Jersey's Community Colleges have partnered with the New Jersey Small Business Development Centers (NJSBDC) to offer a 33-hour Entrepreneur Certificate Program (ECP).

The ECP gives entrepreneurs and existing small business owners an opportunity to learn about all the necessary steps to successfully start a new business or expand existing operations.
