Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship: Scholarships
for full time students are in the amount of $10,000 per year (fall
and spring semesters only). Students must include proof of Phi Theta
Kappa membership with their application, graduate with an A.A. or
A.S. degree, and enroll directly from the two year college with no
intervening enrollment. Students who have achieved a bachelor's degree
are not eligible. Requests for special circumstance exception will
be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Phi Theta Kappa Part-time Scholarship:
Scholarships for part-time students are in the amount of $140.00 per
credit hour (fall, spring, and summer semesters). Students must include
proof of Phi Theta Kappa membership with their application, graduate
with an A.A. or A.S. degree, and enroll directly from the two year
college with no intervening enrollment. Students who have achieved
a bachelor's degree are not eligible. Requests for special circumstance
exception will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Deadline: January
1 for Spring Semester: August 1 for Fall Semester. |

PTK Scholarships are renewable for up to two years (four consecutive
semesters of full-time study during the fall and spring semesters).
Must maintain a GPA of 3.00 and comply with University's Institutional
Scholarship Program Requirements. Scholarship does not apply to Winter
Session or Summer Session courses. Academic performance is reviewed
at the conclusion of each semester. Students who do not satisfy the
criteria for the renewal of their scholarship award are notified in
writing. |
